At Vijayta Closet, we stand behind the quality of our garments. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make it right with a simple and transparent return and exchange process.

1. 7-Day Return Window

We offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy. You must initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days from the date your order was successfully delivered.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

• The garment must be unused, unwashed, and completely unworn (trying it on for fit is fine).
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be fully intact and attached.
• The product should not have any perfume stains, makeup marks, or body odors.

Note: If a returned item fails our quality check upon arriving at our warehouse, we reserve the right to reject the refund and ship the item back to you.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and operational reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Accessories and jewelry.
• Custom-fitted or altered garments.
• Products bought during clearance sales or major flash sales (unless the item received is defective).

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Email Us: Write to us at support@vijaytacloset.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return/exchange. If you received a defective item, please attach clear photographs.
2. Approval: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and arrange for a reverse pickup from your address.
3. Pickup & Quality Check: Hand over the securely packed item to our courier partner. Once it reaches our Pune warehouse, it will undergo a strict quality check.

5. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is approved after the quality check:

• Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to your original mode of payment (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking) within 5-7 business days.
• COD Orders: We will ask you to provide your bank account or UPI details via email. The refund will be transferred within 5-7 business days. Please note: COD convenience fees and shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please specify this in your request email. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the requested size is out of stock, we will process a full refund or issue store credit for your next purchase.
