We are delighted to offer Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 across India. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Cash on Delivery is available for select pin codes. Please note that a nominal convenience fee (usually ₹50 - ₹100) may be added to COD orders to cover courier handling charges. The exact amount will be shown at checkout. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to make the cash payment.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your AWB (Airway Bill) number and a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the real-time progress of your shipment.
Our courier partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, the package will be returned to our warehouse. For prepaid orders, we will process a refund minus the two-way shipping charges. To avoid this, please ensure your address and contact number are completely accurate at checkout.
